Mobilehome parks that don't allow renting of homes, such as ourselves, require a purchase of the home after park approval. Once the home is purchased there is a lease signing with a security deposit due at the time. Our rates are as follows:

Base Monthly Rent (Includes Water and Nighttime Security): $750.00
